What is EVOC?
EVOC brings event and place discovery together with social features such as Meet, friends, chat and stories. Available content depends on the city, listing and current rollout.
How do I sign up?
Use your email address, name, username and password in the mobile app. A phone number is optional. The initial launch uses email/password sign-in.
How do I recover my password?
Choose Forgot password on the login screen, request an email code and enter it in the app. Then choose a new password and return to sign in. Never share your password or recovery code with support.
How does location work?
With permission, EVOC uses your device location to help identify nearby content and your city. Location choices are in Settings. Selecting a city is not proof that you are inside a venue; live Meet has separate location checks.
Is Meet available at every venue?
No. It must be enabled for the event or place, and your location must satisfy its current eligibility rules. A disabled Meet option does not mean anyone is currently available there.
Are all events free?
No. Some listings offer free tickets; others charge. Availability, amounts and any applicable fees are shown in the booking flow.
Can I cancel a booking or get a refund?
Check the policy attached to your booking. Eligibility, deadlines, service-fee treatment and organizer cancellation terms can differ. A refund request is not the same as a completed refund. Contact support if you need help.
How do I manage privacy and safety?
Use the app’s privacy settings to manage profile visibility and contact permissions. You can block or report inappropriate interactions and contact support. Do not share sensitive information with people you do not trust.
How can I request account deletion?
Contact support from the email associated with your account, or use in-app support. Ask to delete your EVOC account. Identity checks may be necessary; do not send passwords or codes. Retention obligations may prevent immediate removal of all records.
Can my business use EVOC?
Apply to become an event organizer in Settings. Approval and the permissions assigned to your account determine access to event and place management.
