By accessing or using our app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

We provide a platform that connects users with event organizers and celebrities for bookings and events. We do not employ the organizers or celebrities; we facilitate connections and transactions. You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for your interactions and agreements with other users.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and update it as needed.

4. User content and conduct

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not post false, misleading, or offensive content; harass others; or violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

5. Payments and fees

Fees for bookings and any platform fees are displayed before you confirm. You agree to pay all applicable amounts. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies shown at the time of booking. As an organizer or celebrity, you agree to our payout and fee structure as communicated in the app.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; certain provisions (e.g. liability, dispute resolution) survive.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not liable for the conduct of users or the quality of services provided by organizers or celebrities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred units of the applicable currency, whichever is greater.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the app or on our website. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires a different forum.
